What I would usually do is when i'm in the shower, i grab all the shampoos and mix into a cup or bowl whatever...then i mix it and put it on my face and just let the water hit my body, not your face for about 2-4 minutes. then let the water hit your face and rub while that's happening. keep going until all the mixture is gone. then wipe your face really softly with a towel...i know it sounds kinda silly but i did it for about 3 or 4 weeks i believe and almost all my acne was gone ...hope it does help (:
