proactive is SERIOUSLY amazing. there's not a big hype about it for nothing. you need to be washing your face EVERY morning and/or EVERY night. but at least one of them. this is just my recommendation - but i'd also recommend you go to a dermatologist and get a proper opinion testimony since they are professionals obviously. also...ik it's too late but washing your face before, back when you didn't have acne, would have been a good idea because even if you don't have acne yet, it prevents them. ALOT. trust me i did this and i am 15 and acne free i never broke out once. i started washing my face around like 11 and it completely prevented acne from happening. the most i ever got at once would be like 2 or 3. which obviously isnt breaking out. point is you dont need acne to use acne medication- as long as its a medication thats designed to stop AND prevent. because if its one that just stops the acne but doesnt prevent it, then using that when you dont have acne will actually cause you to get it.
