This product will probably be too harsh for your young skin. You can try a couple of "homeopathic" treatments that some friends of mine did when we were about that age.
1st, and don't laugh, dab Preparation H onto the spot. This will shrink the abcess & drain it at the same time. Another treatment I've heard about is using Head & Shoulders shampoo. Lather it up real good and wash the infected area with it. These solutions usually help clear up sudden eruptions.
