Acne Body Wash
Acne Body Wash

Acne can strike anywhere on the body. Chest, shoulders, back, legs - even our buttocks are able to get acne on them... and trust me, no one wants acne there, sitting becomes a real pain!
So getting rid of body acne is a must for a lot of people. How do you go about it?
A lot of people that suffer from body acne are prone to sweating, and sweat can cause oils, dirt and dead skin to collect in the pores. Certainly hot, wet skin is prone to getting acne rather than clean, dry skin. To that end you should look to regularly bathe your skin, especially areas likely to get body acne (or that have it already) in luke warm water.
You should wash thoroughly to ensure that you have cleaned out the dirt and oils from the problem area - but ensure you avoid perfumed soaps and the like that could still leave particles behind that will irritate the skin.
It may sound odd but you should also keep away from any tight fitting clothes that you may have. Acne, especially body acne, has a tendency to ooze secretions from the spots. This can get onto your clothes and then rub off on other parts - spreading the problem around.
The rubbing of the tight clothes will also further the problem by rubbing against the spots, causing them to be painful and potentially break. This in turn causes more secretions to occur and has the potential to cause unsightly scare tissue to occur, lasting well after you have cured the acne.
By using loose fitting clothes you also allow air to circulate around next to the skin. This is important as spots tend to form in hot, wet places and by having air circulating you help to keep it cool and dry. Wearing materials that help absorb sweat and allow the skin to breathe is also a very useful tip to help avoid and cure body acne.
It may sound but another useful tip for curing body acne is to chill out. Stress is well known to cause spots and this actually goes doubly so for spots on the body, particularly the chest, shoulder and back areas. By relaxing more you are far less likely to get acne and, if you do get it, you will be able to get rid of it far quicker than if you are stressed and going at a hundred miles an hour.
I am going to help you get rid of your acne right now with How to Get Rid of Body Acne.

Acne body wash?!?
How long do i have to use acne body wash to clear my bacne up?
two weeks or so?
im using netruogenas
Usually Netrogena Products are quite strong. I would say that you will see results in as little as a week or two. It will definetly make your body look healthy, and then within two weeks the acne will clear as well. You shouldn't get any more acne as long as your using the product daily.
Hope this helped! =]
